Having built the radio show up over the last since 2008 to an internationally recognise and broadcast show which has accrued multiple awards and critical acclaim it is now time to push it even further with the inclusion of our web magazine/site, YouTube channel and ever increasing social media presence alongside live events and club nights. With a plan for the coming years. I have joined forces with Devon Dann & Dr Biff Good to form a team on a mission working with the best in the music industry to help us realise our goals of supporting and pushing the local and regional scene to greater heights and recognition.
I like to get local acts in for the first half of the radio show to plug there sounds, gigs, news etc which we then Podcast for them to use as a promotional tool. The second half of the show is where i like to play any interviews we have done with big touring acts. Amongst all this we play the freshest promo tracks alongside lots of local & regional acts and some tunes we all know and love. You can email your tracks, bio's & links to for consideration to be included on the show and if we really like you we will invite you in for some on air banter and silliness.
I have won some very prestigious awards including FM DJ of 2011 at The South West Music Awards and Pure Rawk Awards 2013 DJ of the year.
I have also run some very successful club nights where I teamed up with likes of Sonisphere Festival and Bloodstock to give away tickets to the festivals and countless album launch events.
I have also put on live shows for local and regional underground acts to showpiece there music, along with this night I have run Tribute Band Nights with some of the biggest tribute acts from the UK coming down to play for us and an ever growing audience.
I also organize the annual Halloween Zombie Ball/Walk which has grown year on year and in 2013 boasted 4 stages inc. an outdoor stage as part of the walk where we take over the entire city centre of Exeter. The Ball has grown in stature and calibre of acts and for the last 3 years has been a sell-out event. 2014 will see the event be re-housed to the much bigger venue which means we can do a lot more with it including more and bigger acts both national and local all being on the bill We could not do what we do without the continued support and love of the local scene and it is with them in constant mind that we are able to plan for the future to help promote them to new levels.
Stay tuned and Turn Your Radio Up!!
